The resorts in Puerto Vallarta are the Sunset Plaza Beach Resort and Spa, Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort, in Cancun: Club Regina, Villa Vera Puerto Isla Mujeres and in San Jose Del Cabo: Club Regina Los Cabos and Cabo San Lucas: Club Cascadas De Baja.
Fish Tournament Rentals, Bisbee Tournaments
The suites are fully furnished with kitchenettes including 2 burner stove, living rooms with sofa sleepers, dining area, bathrooms with soaking tub, can have patio with oceanviews depending on location.
No pets and NON Smoking suites.
The resorts in Cabo are on the beach, the Puerto Vallarta location is on the marina and the Cancun resort is located on the beach.
There's usually free wifi at least in the lobby area, snack bars, pool bars, restaurant onsite, pool and more.
You can email me thru craigslist, call or text me at show contact info to make reservations or ask about availability.
Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when reserving the week, if outside of 60 day.
If 60 days or less or holiday week, full payment is expected.
I will send you a Paypal invoice.
You do not have to have a Paypal account to make payment, you can also make payment by debit or credit card.
As soon as the payment shows up in my Paypal Acct.
(it only takes minutes) I will call owner reservations and have them put the reservation into your name.
This can take up to 24-48 hours.
The direct number for reservations will be on the confirmation and you will be able to call reservations and confirm the reservation yourself; before making the final payment.
Within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, the balance is due in full.
I will send you a 2nd Paypal request for the remaining balance.
There are no cancellations or refunds, so I recommend that you buy travel insurance if you are concerned about having to cancel.
