at a fraction of resort costs, we are renting our 1 bedroom that sleeps 6 for June 8-15.
Cost is $215 a night, total of $1,505 for week and that is all inclusive--includes taxes, daily resort fees, Wi Fi and 1 parking space in attached garage.
By time resort adds all their additional fees, taxes to base price, their cost for this week is more than double what we are asking for the same condo.
We own 503 on 5th floor, steps from elevator and conveniently located to just about everything.
Plus, it has an incredible, unsurpassed view of boardwalk, beach and ocean.

Condo has 2 double beds, large dresser, flat screen TV and large closet in bedroom; full bath with separate vanity/dressing area; full kitchen with 2 burner stove top, combination microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, full frig, small bar and all the cookware/place settings needed to do your own cooking.
Living room has queen pull out sofa, another large dresser, flat screen TV, table/2 chairs and best of all, a very large oceanfront balcony with small table and another 2 chairs.
Amenities at resort include small indoor adult/kiddie pools, hot tub, heated roof top outdoor pool, lighted roof top tennis court/shuffleboard, fitness center, activity center with daily planned activities and attached parking garage (steps outside this condo)! As a guest at Be.
Quarters, you will also have access to it's sister resort, Turtle Cay, located directly across the street.
Their tropical pool area cannot be beat with large falls in adult pool, smaller cascading falls in large zero entry kiddie pool, several hot tubs, comfortable lounge chairs, and tables with umbrellas for guest's use.

We own this timeshare week and it is all paid and ready to use.
We simply have too many vacations for this summer and cannot use it ourselves!!! To rent it, we would send you a rental agreement, with all the specifics on it and ask you to confirm this rental agreement and return with one night's payment.
When we receive this deposit, as would notify the resort to change reservation to your name.
When you receive this confirmation this is now in your name, we would appreciate remainder of payment within next 2 weeks, or asap.
If for some reason you would need to cancel this reservation, we would do our very best to re-rent the unit and if we were able to do so, would refund you in full, minus the $35 it would cost us to change name on reservation.
If it were last minute, and we could not rent for full price, we would reimburse you whatever we were able to rent the unit for.
