We are renting our 2 bedroom condo due to a conflict with an extended family vacation.
This is the type of 2 bdrm that sleeps 8, not 6 and the studio part has ocean view also.
The main part of condo consists of bdrm with queen bed, flat screen TV, oceanfront balcony with table and 2 chairs.
The oceanfront living area has a sofa bed, 2nd flat screen TV, total glass front, dining area, full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size frig, pantry and a large ful bath, accessible from both the bedroom and living area.
The studio portion of condo has a queen bed, flat screen TV, full bath, another pull out sofa, mini kitchen with sink, microwave, apartment size frig and large window with views of ocean, boardwalk and fishing pier.
Amenities at Boardwalk include an oceanfront indoor pool, with separate lap lane, hot tub and fitness center, on site laundry facilities, planned activities and attached parking garage.
Cost of $330 a night, $2,310 for week, include all taxes, resort fees and 1 parking pass in attached garage (since this is a 2 bedroom, a 2nd parking pass can be requested but will not be guaranteed).
Check out Expedia's price in a 1 bedroom that only sleeps 6 for this week at Boardwalk--$429 a night, total of $3,936 till they add all their taxes and extra fees, and that is for ONLY a 1 BEDROOM that sleeps 6, not 8!!!! Our 2 bedroom condo is a great way to vacation with a large family, extended family or friends at a beautiful oceanfront 4 star resort AT A FRACTION of what resort would charge for a 2 bedroom, EVEN IF AVAILABLE a prime week!!!
The way we rent any extra condos, we would request 1 night's lodging to request this reservation be changed to your name.
When you receive confirmation this has been done, we would appreciate the remainder of payment be made within a few weeks if possible.
If your plans should change, we would do everything possible to re-rent the condo and would be happy to refund your full amount paid, minus a $35 fee to change reservation as soon as it is re-rented (if we have to reduce it to rent 2nd time, would refund you whatever it rented for).
We are happy to accept checks or a US Postal Money order.
