Restoration Estimator

Peerless Restoration Services is looking for High caliber, Eager Estimator to join our team.
As one of our estimators you will be responsible for scoping claim losses, creating estimates, using our estimating software and securing the project.
Candidate should have knowledge of all components for writing a home.
How to measure, draw and complete takeoffs.
Our Estimator works closely with insurance adjuster and property owners to guarantee a successful start of the Repair project.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for creating and submitting project estimates to insurance companies and homeowners.
Use software to estimate residential losses that have occurred from a variate of sources, such as fire, water, wind damages.
Inspect and scope job loss Document scope of loss in operating system/software.
Hand off jobs to Project Manager after the approval and starting paperwork is completed.
Able to scope small, medium, and large - scale losses.
Build and maintain relationship with claim adjusters and homeowners.
Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements.
Qualification: Experience in construction management or other related fields.
Strong attention to details Strong time management skills Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening.
Must have clean driving Record and valid Driver's License Knowledge of Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Symbility and Alacrity systems.
