*Job Description*
Complete quality work to fix and prevent high moisture in crawl spaces and Attic spaces as well as prevent rodent infestation of buildings.
Our Insulation Service Technicians build relationships with our customers by solving their pest-related issues and protecting their families and homes.
They mix and apply termiticide through soil treatment, dusting, or Sentricon bait station installation to remove or prevent infestation of termites from buildings.
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, independent, organized, a good communicator, and most importantly, customer-centered.
*Responsibilities:*
* Determining the kind of treatment required to eliminate a particular type of pest.
* Inspecting customers’ premises to identify pest problems.
* Filling out all necessary paperwork upon completion of each job.
* Communicating with office staff in order to schedule services with customers.
* Applying suitable pesticides to infested areas by following the label instructions and complying with safety procedures.
* Responding to customers’ requests for various pest control services.
* Identifying opportunities to sell additional company services and products.
* Adjusting chemical mixtures according to the size of the infested areas.
* Trench & Treat around foundations/in crawl spaces when needed
* Greet customers following the Go-Forth standards for customer service
* Treat homes for common pests following all Go-Forth and state-required procedures.
* Enter notes into our CRM system, Pest Routes, and document all meetings
* Drive company vehicles to each customer location utilizing GPS
* Request customer service reviews from satisfied customers
* Working in an Attic and or crawl space for an extended period of time in all weather conditions
* Maintain a clean work area

*Requirements:Istulation Service Technician Qualifications and Skills:*
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to obtain a license to perform pest control.
* The ability to work in all weather conditions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
