General Manager - Mechanical Construction & Svs - HVAC Contractor -VA

We are seeking a General Manager of Mechanical Construction and Services in Virginia Beach, VA to manage all mechanical HVAC & Plumbing construction (and services) solutions for commercial construction projects throughout the SW region.
The executive will be responsible for the overall construction P&L for the regional office and all of projects within budget, on schedule.
He or she will also be responsible for the management of Business Unit(s) and/or Operation Group(s) processes and procedures, including project required Pre-Construction, Planning & Preparation, Execution & Control, and Closeout with full P& L responsibility.
Candidates must have experience managing commercial mechanical construction or mechanical services operations with projects exceeding $1M in size, good people and leadership skills, and a stable job history.
