A skilled and motivated Field Team Lead Plumber will oversee our Service Repair plumbing division, from both the office and in the field.

Here's what you will be responsible for: Lead and manage a team of plumbers, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Assist and direct dispatcher with prioritizing service calls, allocate resources effectively, and ensure service calls are being completed within set deadlines.
Review job specific requirements to execute plumbing installations and repairs efficiently.
Perform hands-on plumbing work, including installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems in residential, and commercial settings.
Ensure all plumbing work is compliant with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a strong focus on safety protocols.
Lead by example in performing skilled plumbing tasks such as pipe installations, repairs, fixture replacements, and maintenance.
Train and mentor team members, providing technical guidance, sharing best practices, estimate build out and promoting skill development to enhance the team's capabilities.
Provide guidance to team members to ensure consistency in workmanship and adherence to best practices.
Meet with customers to address concerns, provide updates, and maintain positive working relationships.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Manage the service team KPI's working with Operations Manager for trends and gaps.
Job Requirements: Conversion Rate: Maintain a weekly conversion rate for the service and repair team.
Weekly Revenue: Ensuring the service repair team meets or exceeds weekly revenue targets.
Prioritizing: Ensure we prioritize the right jobs, secure the work, and sell this work at the right price point.
Recall rate: The types of recalls that occur and the corrective actions being used.
Going on site to address recalls with a customer.
Maintain Technician Revenue: Maintain personal selling thresholds and conversion rate targets.
Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs.
, bend, stoop, crawl into confined spaces, and work at heights or under structures.
Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable – you’ll be driving our company vehicle.
Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in Virginia Must have your own hand tools and basic plumbing equipment Must have master plumber license within 6 months of hire if not already a master license holder.
