*\*\*EXPERIENCE IN EXTERIOR FACADE PREFERRED - SIDING, WINDOWS, CARPENTRY & EXTERIOR TRIM\*\**
*SUMMARY:*
This on-site, field Site Superintendent position is responsible for daily operational accountability, to plan, direct, coordinate, and execute assigned projects to achieve expectations of excellence, efficiency, and accountability related to safety, quality, budget, production, and customer service.
Responsibilities also include customer interface and ensuring customer satisfaction; developing means and methods; reviewing proposed designs for constructability, value-engineering, enforcing project schedules; problem-solving; coordinating project meetings as needed; keeping project records and documents; managing necessary project documents and physically inspecting project to monitor progress and compliance with project standards.
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:* Responsible for full project ownership including, but not limited to: * Review all activities with the Operation Manager/Foreman/Subcontractors and project team.
* Maintain the project construction schedule in conjunction with the Foreman/Subcontractor and required subcontractor input.
* Attend all Owner/GC and subcontractor coordination and preconstruction meetings.
* Receive, review, document the resolution to all project specific issues.
* Responsible for making sure all materials required to complete scope are inspected and available on site in a timely manner for installation.
* Field verifies and provide necessary shop drawings for sheet metal fabrication.
* Assist the Operations Manager in implementation and coordination of on-site quality control.
Hold onsite scope/QC meetings with foreman, crews and/or subs prior to beginning each definable feature of work to ensure all are clear on installation/execution/quality expectations of scope.
* Drive the importance of a safety-first mindset to everyone touching the project.
Hold foreman, crews, and/or subcontractors, etc.
accountable for all daily safety requirements – daily safety huddles, toolbox talks, PPE, safety notifications/reports/documentation, etc.
to ensure jobsite and company as a whole complies at all times with standards, rules and regulations issued under OSHA.
* Prepare Daily Reports each day to make sure no issues are overlooked, and that jobsite is running as it should.
* Ensure DAILY that all jobsites are left in weather-tight condition.
* Provide daily progress photos of the safety, roof installation and nightly tie in.
* Comfortable managing multiple projects at varying stages within a lifecycle.
* Manage a small team of employees, providing oversight, direction, and mentoring in accordance to company policies and procedures.
* Resolve on-site issues.
* Hands on installations, demonstrations and ensuring proper applications as necessary.
* Conduct daily job site inspections using written and photographic documentation.
* Foster and cultivate a team culture that aligns with company mission and values.
*POSITION SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE* * 5 years of industry experience, preferably in steep slope and exterior facade.
* Previous experience managing employees preferred.
* Some periodic travel may be required.
* Blueprint Reading.
*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:* * Dependable.
* Attention to Detail.
* Follow through.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Proactively identifies potential issues.
* Solve problems calmly and collaboratively.

* The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
* Comfortable on roofs at heights of 3-4+ stories.
* Ability to climb a ladder, work from scaffolding and manlifts, comfortable working at heights.
*SALARY:* * Negotiable – depending on experience.
* Paid Weekly on Fridays (Mon thru Sun Work Week) w/ paystubs emailed.
