We are expanding our well established holistic wellness spa in 2024 and we are looking for a Lead Master Esthetician to join our team! The ideal candidate would be highly skilled + experienced in providing a variety of skincare treatments, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Because facial treatments will be a new offering to this business, this candidate would work alongside the Owner of the business (also an Esthetician) to curate the (new) menu of facial services, and participate in the selection of other skin care specialists that meet the needs of our spa.

Duties: * Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments * Conduct thorough skincare consultations and assessments to determine the most suitable treatments for clients * Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend home care products to enhance treatment results * Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in esthetics * Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols * Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service * Comply with all OSHA, HPPA, and other local, state, and federal regulations * Collaborate with Owner of the business to create the menu of services, train personnel, oversee product/equipment delivery, and lead the esthetics branch of the business Qualifications: * Valid State licensure as a Master Esthetician * Completion of an accredited esthetician program and advanced training courses.
* Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Master Esthetician, with a strong portfolio of advanced skincare treatments * Excellent knowledge of skincare products and their applications * Strong facial massage and skin treatment techniques * Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism * Positive attitude and passion for the beauty and wellness industry * Self Starter with excellent communication and organization skills * Passion for holistic wellness * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills: * Organized * Responsive * Adaptive and flexible * Continuous improvement mentality * Effective communication * Time management * Self-management Pay/ Perks: * We offer a very high commission plus additional bonus, commission on sales, top notch education, complimentary body/energy/thermal therapy, training and development opportunities, flexibility with your schedule, and discounts on retail products and other services.
