I have a house near lynhaven mall that I am renting out by room.
No application fee required, and I don’t want any money until the day you move in.
There are currently two other tenants living there, and I want to rent the other two rooms out.
All utilizes are included.
Make use of all the public rooms as much as you will like.
House does need some work but nothing serious at all.
