*Responsibilities:* * Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals.
* Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets expectations.
* Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are compliant.
* Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them.
* Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with realtors, builders, and buyers in the community to attract new business.
* Interact with customers, realtors, lenders, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction.
* Create a strategy for how you intend on generating business and execute.
*Qualifications:* * Strong understanding of loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations * +2 years of mortgage origination required * Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry * Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required * +$1M average monthly loan origination in the past 12 months *About Company:* Motto Mortgage Brilliance is a wholesale mortgage brokerage headquartered in Norfolk, VA.
