PRG Real Estate is looking for a Pool Attendant for a part-time opportunity (20-40 hours weekly) with the possibility of an annual position based on performance.
Located one mile from the oceanfront, the Linkhorn Bay Apartments Pool Attendant will maintain the main Indoor Pool.
The indoor pool is located in the Escape Clubhouse along with a full gym, hot tub, dry sauna, tanning bed, cardio studio, and media room where the Pool Attendant will be responsible for verifying visitor activity and maintaining the equipment in the facility.

Essential Pool Attendant Job Functions:
Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to housing
Opens and closes the pool on time
Checks that all persons inside the pool areas or Clubhouse gym possess a current membership pass
Enforces pool regulations and maintaining order
Maintains pools, chemicals, circulation system, and safety equipment and rules according to established guidelines
Maintains proper pH and acid levels in accordance with local health standards and completes proper records for readings and chemical usage
Sweeps the pool area/clubhouse gym, picks up trash, empties trashcans into the dumpster, and maintain the restrooms on an as-needed basis
Reports any accidents or unusual circumstances to the Recreation Director
Reports any maintenance problems to the Recreation Director
Maintains daily reports accurately and completes opening and closing duties
Conforms to company-approved dress code
Performs additional duties requested by the Recreation Director
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid Driver's License, possess a valid Lifeguard Training/Rescue, First Aid, and CPR Certification, and a High School diploma or equivalent required.
