As Senior Mortgage Technology Specialist…
Key Duties:
Provide second-tier technical assistance for questions and problems with Mortgage Director (LOS) along with troubleshooting to quickly resolve issues as they come up.
This includes answering questions received daily from Production and Ops staff on any issues they encounter with the LOS such as errors on AUS submissions, import errors, data entry, etc.
Act as a liaison between our staff and the LOS Vendor when it is necessary to log a ticket with the vendor to resolve an issue or request.
Assist department head with the configuration and operation of Mortgage Director which includes Fees, Programs, Employees, Company Tables, Security Settings, Task/Status Items, Interface Setups, Online App/Web Admin, etc.
Assist department head with set-up application and access on all employee workstations, including but not limited to LOS, any additional vendor sites, and reporting software.
Assist department head with the creating and maintaining Data Checks in LOS to help remind users of missing items within a loan, required elements, etc.
along with maintaining any Data Check Bundles.
Assist department head with the creating and maintaining Reports within Motivity and LOS which are available for use by all staff.
Document support requests with loan number, screen shots, and detailed description utilizing vendor’s online support portal.
Assist department head with the reviewing of ALL vendor operations memorandums, system release notes and training materials to support STM business operations.
Assist department head with the implementation and management of all LOS Services in accordance with system support documentation and training material.
Assist department head with the testing of all LOS Services to ensure they meet STM specifications and requirements prior to production use.
Breaks down fundamental operations of applications to deploy across enterprise systems using WorkSpace One.
Reviews security alerts and ensures proper response within a Zero Trust framework
Implements process automations and efficiencies using Power Automate.
Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years residential mortgage production experience.
Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Creative, flexible and a team player
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person/phone.
Experience with system automation tooling, including Powershell, Ansible, and Terraform is preferred.
Experience with programming languages such as SQL is preferred.
Strong analytic skills in sales and management
A four-year college degree preferred.
