*Responsibilities*
* Present apartments/facilities to prospective tenants in a friendly and persuasive manner
* Assist in discovering suitable tenants
* Phone, email, and in person correspondence
* Promote unoccupied units via social media and advertising platforms
* Provide accurate information on the different features of units and facilities
* Validate application information and references
* Negotiate leasing terms, assess requirements and financial status, and complete agreements
*Job Requirements/Skills:*
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
* Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
* Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and well-rounded time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
* Hold or be wiling to obtain Fair Housing course certification
* Working knowledge of social media outlets and Microsoft Office applications
* Possess an ability to work independently and thrive as part of a team
* Appfolio experience is a plus
