This position with part-time hours includes meeting new home buyers, orienting them to their homes, and documenting any potential construction issues.
This is an independent contractor position requiring travel to and around Virginia Beach, VA, Moyock, NC and Elizabeth City, NC & the surrounding areas throughout the daily workweek, Mon.
-Fri between 9am-5pm.
No weekends and no sales.
We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members.
Exceptional Customer Service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers.
Experience in the Construction of New Homes is preferred and Residential Construction knowledge is a must.
Qualifications:
Exceptional Customer Service skills; strong verbal and written communication skills.
High-level efficiency with iPad, Microsoft Office, PDF Expert & Adobe PDF required.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Strong residential construction walkthrough skills.
A real estate background is very helpful.
Compensation: $500 - $2000/monthly.
