*Job Description:* As a Real Estate File Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our daily operations.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in administrative tasks, and the ability to handle a wide array of responsibilities independently.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual.
*Essential Duties:* * Open all real estate files and order title searches * Communicate professionally and efficiently addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner * Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing with some light lifting * Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create and update reports and spreadsheets * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures *Experience:* * Previous experience in an office setting preferred * Real Estate background helpful, but not necessary Sykes, Bourdon, Ahern & Levy, P.
