A top-performing Real Estate Development company is seeking a full-time candidate for this important position of *Field Tech & Runner*.
This is an hourly position reporting to the Acquisitions Analyst.
No Real Estate experience is necessary, but this candidate must be driven to learn Real Estate and wanting to join a team where they can continuously grow.

*Position Summary*
TheField Tech & Runner will be responsible for supporting our Acquisitions Analyst and organizational needs throughout the week.
This position will require driving to and from properties where recon videos/site checks are needed and attending auction sales.
The Field Tech & Runner serves as the key onsite POC for all of our purchases, renovations, new builds, and listings by making weekly visits to unoccupied homes, dropping off signage/marketing materials, lockboxes, securing a home, meeting vendors as needed to prepare a listing, and taking recon/site check videos from each property to upload into our portal.
This is a Monday-Friday, 40 hour/week position, but when there are properties that come into our radar last minute that we are interested in, we will need the Field Tech & Runner to be available to go to that property to get a recon video and conduct a site check (whether this be on a weekend or later in the day).

* Reliable vehicle for transportation

* Must be able to work independently, but report to our team
* Smart phone, Laptop
* No Real Estate experience required, but the individual must be driven and excited to learn Real Estate and exemplify great work ethic.
