Rental Property Manager/ Agent

is a small, full-service real estate company with experience in selling and managing commercial and residential real estate in Virginia Beach, VA.
We are looking for a licensed real estate agent with rental management experience to manage small, existing rental portfolio while having the opportunity to use their license for sales.
Looking for a self-motivated individual requiring minimal supervision.
Must be organized and able to multitask to handle all aspects of rental property management to include leasing, application approvals and maintenance as well as corresponding with tenants, vendors and owners regarding the condition of their rental properties.
Experience with Microsoft Office software and the ability to work with or learn rental management software like AppFolio.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.
