German Shepherd (Adult) (Virginia Beach)

Large neutered male German shepherd.
Purebred, AKC (breeder can provide papers) 3 years old.
Not good with kids.
Ok with other friendly dogs.
He’s a great dog.
I don’t have the resources for training for him right now.
He’s very strong and too big for me.
He pulls me really bad.
I have a lower back issue and I just can’t take it.
I don’t have the money for a gentle leader, and other resources to try and curb his pulling.
He is very protective when it comes to me.
I need a dog that I can take out in public as my service dog and this dog is too reactive and too aggressive for that.
Unfortunately instead of him, helping with my anxiety, he contributes to my anxiety.
I am looking for a very loving home for him and an owner that is experienced with German Shepherd, and someone that is financially stable, and can be committed to him for the long-term.
There is a reasonable rehoming fee to ensure a good home.
I would like to do a FaceTime visit or in person home visit.
I would also like to have a vet reference.
