For your consideration is my 2017 Honda Africa Twin.
I purchased this new in 2019 from a dealer in Oregon.
I am the only owner.
This is NOT a scam, and I will rat you out if you are a scammer! The title is clear and in hand.
It is registered in VA through 2024.
The price is $1400+ below used dealer trade in, so this is priced to sell.
I will NOT lower the price, so please don't ask.
I live on the Eastern Shore, but am happy to transport a reasonable distance after a sale, if needed.
I take meticulous care of all my vehicles.
This AT has been no exception.
No test rides without $7k cash in my hand first.
Bike has 15550 miles as of today.
Transmission is 6-speed manual, NOT DCT.
All miles are road and mostly highway.
No dirt riding, at all.
Very little rain riding.
I've always used Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil and filter, changed every 3k-5k miles.
Brake fluid was changed at 10k miles with synthetic fluid.
New tires have about 300 miles on them.
They are Shinko 705s/805s, which work very well with this bike.
Comes with a very nice, new after market windscreen and the stock screen.
There is no buffeting at any speed.
Comes with Tusk aluminum cases and frames installed, size medium.
Comes with an extra tail light for high visibility.
The seat had a Sargent pad system installed.
It is very comfortable.
The bike has a professional lowering kit installed for shorter riders.
The linkage is adjustable 4" higher or lower.
This will also come with the stock link if you want to return it to stock height.
With the lowering kit installed, it is very stable at a stop and on the move.
There is really no wear and tear to speak of, except some slight wear around the rear grab bars, which is where soft bags can be easily mounted.
Comes with an aluminum luggage platform, installed at the rear.
There is a 12volt accessory cable installed.
The Honda battery was replaced last year.
The original battery was not bad.
I just wanted to be safe.
The bike is covered in a climate controlled garage and hooked to a battery tender when not in use.
After market pegs were installed, which are MUCH better and more comfortable than the stock rubbish.
Otherwise, the bike is stock, in excellent+ condition, and ready to sell.
