PCA/HHA/CNA-WEEKLY PAY

Responsibilities: - Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in the patient's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Skills: - Experience in meal preparation and knowledge of dietary systems.
- Familiarity with medication reminders.
- Strong patient care skills, including assisting with activities of daily living.
- Knowledge of nursing home procedures and protocols.
- Ability to cook nutritious meals for patients with specific dietary needs.
- Proficiency in medical records management and understanding of HIPAA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail in medical documentation.
