Kellam Mechanical has an immediate opening for an experienced Electrical Manager.
We are a growing, established residential service business seeking a strong leader who can motivate, grow, train, and oversee the electrical department.
The electrical department manager ensures excellent customer satisfaction by estimating, coordinating, and effectively managing projects and staff.
Work Hours: M-F, some nights and weekends
Pay Scale: $80,000 base pay + bonus plan (this position can earn a SIX FIGURE annual income!!!!

Key Competencies:
Knowledge of electrical circuits and wiring and operating principles of motors
Knowledge of local electrical codes and understanding of the current NEC code book
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and written reference material
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to perform mathematical calculations
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
A self-starter with demonstrated leadership ability
A desire for efficiency and attention to detail
A positive outlook and ability to support and elevate other team members
Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Demonstrated honesty and dependability
Self-motivated but able to take direction and be a part of a team
Project a professional image, observe company policies and procedures
Required Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent
5 years of recent Residential Electrical experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Essential Job Duties:
Efficiently schedule jobs and manage a team to complete electrical projects
Complete or oversee quotes for service work
Participate in hiring, coaching, training, evaluating, and scheduling the electrical department
Ensure techs are collecting revenue when completing service
Handle customer relations by dealing with any issues that arise
Inspect jobs upon completion
