Duties:
- Perform general custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishing floors
- Assist with porter duties as needed, including moving furniture or equipment
_-Supervise_ and coordinate activities of _workers_ engaged in janitorial services.
· Assign janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements.

Qualifications:

- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
