Lost puppy near Pleasure House Point (Virginia Beach)

I'm hoping someone on here may have seen my lost puppy Sunday evening (April 28).
A loose dog confronted us at Pleasure House Point Natural Area and attacked my adult dog.
Thankfully she is okay, but it took me and the owner punching the loose dog to get it to release my dog! Sadie, the puppy, ran off while this was happening.
She's a tan beagle mix with white paws and white markings on her chest and belly.
She's a rescue and pretty skittish.
About 18 pounds and 12 weeks old.
She was last seen on the corner of Marlin Bay Drive and Mystic Cove Drive.
She's wearing a green harness and also has a short, black bungee leash attached to the harness.
No collar or tags.
