Associate Attorney

*Responsibilities*: * Review and approve collection claims placed with the Firm.
* Represent clients in civil collection matters within the state.
* Approve and execute pleadings for timely case progression.
* Maintain regular contact with courts, opposing counsel, and consumers for effective case management.
* Manage the docket, including trial preparation and post-judgment enforcement.
* Assist in the management and supervision of cases.
* Court Appearances (some settled cases may be eligible to outsource to appearance counsel agency) *Qualifications*: * Currently licensed and in good standing with the VA Bar.
* Thorough understanding of Virginia Civil Practice law.
* Dedication to operational excellence.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Disciplined work ethic.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
* 1-3 years of experience in high-volume civil litigation practice (nice to have).
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
00 - $80,000.
