Our work environment includes: * Casual work attire * Safe work environment We are looking for a Special Education Teacher to join our team and provide specialized instruction to students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade.
The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students with special needs reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have experience teaching elementary school math and reading, as well as experience working in a special education school or private school setting.
Responsibilities: * Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
* Assess student progress and modify instruction as needed.
* Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure the best possible educational experience for students.
* Provide guidance and support to students with special needs.
* Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students.
* Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies and procedures.
* Utilize appropriate instructional strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
* Integrate technology into the classroom environment.
