Front Desk Representatives - Hyatt Place Virginia Beach Oceanfront

The Hyatt Place Virginia Beach Oceanfront is looking for vibrant gallery hosts to be the face of our hotel.
Applicants need to be positive, energetic and have great attendance.
Ideal candidates will need to be attentive to details and understand how this role impacts the overall success of the hotel.
Gallery hosts/front desk clerks will not only greet our guests but they will also learn how to make Starbucks drinks and other tasks that engage our guests.

Qualifications: Previous experience as a Gallery Host or Hospitality background Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field Must have schedule flexibility for weekends and holidays Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with friendly and professional guest interaction Must be able to multi-task Must be 21 years or older A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment High school diploma or higher education required.
