Prep Cook

Immediate position available for line/prep cooks at our Oceanfront location for dinner shift.
Experience in a fast paced, high volume kitchen helpful, but not mandatory.
Experience preparing pasta, and/or Italian food a huge plus.
Compensation determined by skill level.
Signing bonus up to $800.
00(performance based), one week paid vacation after 1 year, and employer pays 1/2 for health insurance after waiting period.
-Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner -Follow recipes and presentation specifications -Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently -Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation -Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment -Restock items as needed throughout the shift -Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes -Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning -Be trainable!!! -ServSafe Certified preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.
