SUMMARY:
Manage front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person/office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.
g.
pens, forms, and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Keep kitchen, bathroom, and supply room stocked and organized
• Enter/Submit employee timesheets and expense reports weekly, as needed
• Organize/file incoming project daily reports and certified payrolls
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
• Set up travel arrangements as needed
• Check Vendor Statements
• Assist with accounting reconciliation monthly
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks (e.
g.
bids & proposals, picking up checks, etc.
)

SALARY:
• Negotiable – depending on experience.
• Paid Weekly on Fridays (Mon thru Sun Work Week) w/ paystubs emailed.
