We are looking for an experienced vehicle billing clerk.
Offers of employment will be contingent on successful criminal background check Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm *Responsibilities:* * Process car deals.
* Make sure all necessary paperwork is in deal.
* Verify gross profit.
* Bill out wholesale, retail and fleet sales.
* Make lien payoffs and send to banks.
* Track titles on trades.
* Rebate processing.
* Finalize deals.
* Run various reports and clean as necessary.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
